America and China are at loggerheads once again. Despite signs of a thaw in the trade war between the two countries, Beijing has added fuel to the fire. China has announced that it will impose strict controls on the export of products containing even a small amount of Chinese "rare earths". This has angered Trump. Angry US President Donald Trump has announced that he will impose 100 percent tariffs on China. At the same time, he will also introduce new restrictions on the export of important software.
