Iran will not stop the war unless Hormuz is opened, increasing risk of conflict

Iran is determined to fight the United States and close the Strait of Hormuz until all its demands are met. The United States is also increasing sanctions and military pressure. As a result, despite ongoing diplomatic talks, the likelihood of a quick end to the conflict remains uncertain.
