DJ Sanjay makes history by making Bangladesh's name shine in the World Cup

Dhaka-born Sanjay Dev, known internationally as DJ Sanjay, has created history by performing at the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He is the first artist of Bangladeshi origin to perform at the opening ceremony of the World Cup and his song is included in the official World Cup album. His journey from a simple family in Dhaka to reaching the world stage is a proud achievement for Bangladesh.
