This ring will warn you before you fall ill
The Circular Ring has introduced an Immunity Index that lets the users know how resilient their immune system is at a given time

Imagine a ring on your finger that senses when you might be about to get sick. That is exactly what the Circular Ring promises, with a new feature that could give larger tech brands a reason to pay attention.
Unlike Samsung's Galaxy Ring or Google's Pixel Watch, the Circular Ring now offers an Immunity Index — a unique rating that tells users how well their bodies are likely to fend off disease.
The Circular Ring, a smart wearable developed by the health tech company Continuous, has introduced an Immunity Index that provides users with a score between 0 and 8. This score is designed to reflect how resilient their immune system might be at any given moment.
The company says the index is based on vital health markers, such as resting heart rate, skin temperature changes, heart rate variability, and breathing patterns during sleep.
This feature is now available for the first-generation Circular Ring through an app update and is expected to be included with the upcoming Circular Ring 2. The Immunity Index has five clearly defined stages. A score of 8 means all is well, while a score of 0 suggests immediate medical attention might be needed. The ratings aim to simplify complex health data into an easy-to-understand measure.
The brand is gaining popularity at an impressive pace; its second-generation model, the Ring 2, has already drawn nearly $4 million in pre-orders through Kickstarter — 400 times more than the company's original target.
With features such as early illness detection, symptom tracking, and even blood pressure and glucose-level monitoring, Circular may be carving a meaningful place in the future of wearable health technology.
