Sheikh Russel beat Muktijoddha SKC 6-1

In the goal-fest match, Ukrainian striker Valeriy Gryshyn and Nigerian forward Raphael Odovin netted two goals each for Sheikh Russel KC while Nigerian defender Ndukaku Udoka Alison and midfielder Biplu Ahmed scored one goal each.

Sheikh Russel beat Muktijoddha SKC 6-1

Sheikh Russel KC beat Muktijoddha SKC by 6-1 goals in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj on Wednesday.  

In the goal-fest match, Ukrainian striker Valeriy Gryshyn and Nigerian forward Raphael Odovin netted two goals each for Sheikh Russel KC while Nigerian defender Ndukaku Udoka Alison and midfielder Biplu Ahmed scored one goal each. 

Ivorian striker Ballo Famoussa scored the lone goal for Muktijoddha SKC.

Despite day’s well-merited win, Sheikh Russel KC remained at their previous 3rd position securing 48 points from 22 matches while Muktijoddha SKC slipped to the 9th slot from 8th with previous credit of 23 points from 22 league matches. 

In day’s another match, bottom-placed Team BJMC clinched their second victory of the ongoing BPL league defeating upper-ranked Arambagh Krira Sangha by 1-0 goals at Shaheed Bhulu Stadium in Noakhali. 

Uzbek striker Mukhamedov Otabek netted the match-winner for Team BJMC. 

Team BJMC remained at the 13th slot of the 13-team point table securing 11 points from 22 matches while Arambagh KS remained at their 5th slot with previous collection of 30 points from their 23 matches.
