After losing Rony Talukdar and Mahidul Islam Ankon early, Tamim stabilised the innings with Towhid Hridoy, putting on a 65-run partnership. Hridoy departed for 37, but Tamim, alongside Mushfiqur Rahim (35* off 44 balls), ensured victory with a 122-run unbeaten stand. Tamim's 125 came off 112 balls, featuring 11 fours and 5 sixes.

Earlier, Partex were bowled out for 218 in 46.3 overs. Ahrar Amin top-scored with 78, while Jawad Roen and Jayraj Sheikh contributed 42 and 38 runs respectively. Taijul Islam shone with the ball for Mohammedan, claiming 4 wickets, while Nasum Ahmed picked up 3 and Mohammad Saifuddin added 2.

Naim Sheikh's 176 sets up Prime Bank's record total

Prime Bank Cricket Club recorded a monumental 173-run win over Brothers Union at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, courtesy of a blistering 176 off 125 balls by Naim Sheikh. His innings propelled Prime Bank to a record 422/8 in their 50 overs.

Naim, who struck 14 fours and 8 sixes, found early support from Sabbir Hossain (73 off 63 balls), with their opening stand adding 140 runs. Shamim Hossain Patwari (16 off 8), Abdullah Al Mamun (40 off 22), and Sazzadul Haque Ripon (50* off 37) played quickfire cameos.

Abahani secure four-wicket win over Rupganj Tigers

At the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium, Abahani Limited clinched a four-wicket win against Rupganj Tigers Cricket Club, with Mohammad Mithun's 60 off 61 balls proving decisive.

Rupganj Tigers, opting to bat first, posted 260 runs in 49.4 overs. Captain Al-Amin Junior led the charge with a run-a-ball 104, supported by Faisal's unbeaten 49 off 47 balls. Rakibul Hasan took 3 wickets for Abahani, while Nahid Rana and Mosaddek Hossain Saikat shared 2 each.
