Mushfiq gets injured, 'nothing serious' says team manager

Mushfiqur Rahim hurt himself while trying to grab a running catch of Yasir Ali Rabbi today. He immediately left the ground feeling severe pain in what seemed to be a dislocated shoulder.
It was during the 26th over of the innings when Yasir Ali edged one high over the sky, Mushfiq trying to grab the catch started running towards short third man. He dived but the ball fell in front of him. Mushfiq however landed in an unusual position hurting himself quite badly.
Mushfiq seemed to be in severe pain as he left the ground.
It will be a huge loss for Najmul XI if he misses the final on Friday. He has been in terrific form in the BCB President's Cup so far scoring the only hundred of the tournament and two fifties in the last two matches. But the manager of Najmul XI, Jamal Uddin told that the injury is not that serious, Mushfiq will be fit to play the next match.
"He has been given ice, apparently nothing serious. Even x-ray will not be needed. There has been some stress, nothing more than that. He will be checked tomorrow, then we will be sure about the nature of the injury. Hopefully he will play in the final," Jamal said.
