Siam Ahmed’s dark evolution unveiled in Rakkhosh trailer
The trailer for the highly anticipated film Rakkhosh was unveiled at midnight yesterday, sparking significant excitement among fans of lead actor Siam Ahmed. Directed by Mehedi Hassan Hridoy, the footage introduces a world gripped by revenge and obsession.
The trailer opens with an ominous monologue exploring the corrosive nature of greed and sin. Ahmed portrays the titular "Rakkhosh," a man undergoing a violent transformation driven by his devotion to Juliet. Producer Shahreen Akter describes the project as a "wild love story" that blends intense romance with intricate family drama—a combination she suggests has been absent from the silver screen for some time.
The film features Tollywood actress Susmita Chatterjee in a leading role, alongside a special appearance by Natalia Janoszek in an item song. Slated for release in theatres during Eid-ul-Fitr, the production will shortly be submitted to the Bangladesh Film Certification Board.
