Shakib Khan unveils Prince
Dhallywood megastar Shakib Khan has set the stage for his next big-screen venture, unveiling the first-look poster of 'Prince: Once Upon a Time in Dhaka' on Friday.
Sharing the poster on his verified Facebook page, Shakib teased fans with a bold caption: "The beginning of a new chapter has been announced — the city will now recognise its true hero! Here comes the Myth in motion."
The poster features a crimson cityscape of Dhaka, with Shakib's back turned to the audience, arms outstretched and pistols in hand. Surrounding him, raised fists clutching firearms hint at a gritty urban showdown.

Directed by newcomer Abu Hayat Mahmud and produced by Shirin Sultana under Creative Land, Prince is slated to hit theatres on Eid-ul-Fitr 2026. Calling it his "first child," Mahmud described the project as both a personal milestone and a high-stakes debut.
