Ellie’s revenge on HBO this April

HBO has announced that season 2 of 'The Last of Us' will premiere on 13 April. The new season follows the storyline of The Last of Us: Part II, set five years after the first game, with Joel and Ellie navigating an even more dangerous world.
New cast members include Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, and Jeffrey Wright reprising his role as Isaac. Catherine O'Hara will guest star in an undisclosed role.
Series co-creators Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann return as executive producers and directors. Mazin described the seven-episode season as "high-calorie" storytelling, promising intense action and drama.
Season 1, which received critical acclaim, was HBO's second-biggest debut since House of the Dragon. With heightened stakes and a new chapter in Ellie's journey, season 2 is shaping up to be another must-watch.
