To ensure greater transparency and accountability in cargo transportation, Biman Bangladesh Airlines has installed monitors at its cargo export branch and launched a dedicated call center for cargo-related inquiries.

The newly installed monitors at the cargo export branch display booking details of products transported on Biman Bangladesh Airlines flights, according to Biman Bangladesh Airlines press release issued today (2 October).

Exporters and agents can now easily access information regarding their bookings and the status of transported goods, facilitating smoother business operations.
