School and college students have joined quota protesters in Rangpur today (16 July).
Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md Moniruzzaman told journalists that students from various schools and colleges and other educational institutions have joined the quota agitating students.
"They clashed with the police. Many policemen were injured. I heard that one died but I cannot say how he died," the commissioner said.
