Working hours change in Kuwait to avoid fires

The temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius in Kuwait. People's lives are grinding in intense pressure. Kuwait government sets new working hours for workers. This directive of the Ministry of Manpower Affairs will be in force till the month of August.
