Radisson Blu distributes iftar box among healthcare officials at Kurmitola Hospital

The Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden management has distributed 400 iftar boxes among the healthcare officials of Kurmitola General Hospital. 

"During this time of great distress, the doctors, nurses and health workers of the country have risen to the challenge, by tirelessly treating the Covid-19 patients even at the risk of their own lives," a press release from Radisson reads. 

The iftar boxes were presented by the management of the hotel to the Director of Administration of Kurmitola General Hospital, Brigadier General Jamil Ahmed, for all of the employees who have worked day and night to help the patients during the holy month of Ramadan.

"While following the strict safety and hygiene measures, the hotel took the initiative to provide some moments of relief for the healthcare workers who are still fighting the crisis while fasting for Ramadan," the press release reads. 

Lt General Sabbir Ahmed (retd), Managing Director of Radisson Blu Dhaka's owning company Sena Hotel Developments Limited (SHDL), and the CEO of SHDL Brig General Ridwan-Al-Mahmood (retd) also expressed their deep gratitude towards the healthcare professionals for their services. 

On behalf of the management team, the hotel's Director of Sales & Marketing, Md Sharfuddin Newaz have also conveyed his respect to all the healthcare professionals for their support.
