Eastern Bank opens Mujib Corner

Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL) recently opened a Mujib Corner at the bank's head office in the capital to mark the birth centenary celebrations of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

The Corner features a bust and a portrait of Bangabandhu along with the books and photos on the life and work of the father of the nation, said a press release.

Chairman of the bank Md Showkat Ali Chowdhury inaugurated the Mujib Corner on March 11.
