Submit report on execution of arrest warrant against Abrar’s murder accused: Court

A Dhaka court today directed police to submit a report by June 9 on execution of arrest warrant against four other accused over the death of Dhaka Residential Model College student Naimul Abrar Rahat.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Jashimuddin issued the order.

National daily Prothom Alo Editor and Publisher Matiur Rahman was present during the hearing, confirmed sub-inspector Nizamuddin Fakir, recording officer of Mohammadpur Police Station.

Abrar was a ninth-grader at the prominent educational institute and died after being electrocuted during an event of Kishor Alo, a supplement of Prothom Alo for young readers.
