As part of the agreement, a new joint venture, 'TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC', has been formed for TikTok in the United States. In this new arrangement, US investors also participate in the ownership and operating rules of the app. In addition, the data of more than 200 million users will be kept safe in accordance with US law.
