A woman died in a train accident on Saturday morning at Chattogram Sholoshohor Train Station.

The deceased, Tahera Begum, 60, hailed from Bengura Khaja Nagar village under Boalkhali upazila.  

Bangladesh Railway Eastern Security forces (ASI) Md Shawkat Hossain said, "Tahera Begum fell when she tried to get on a moving train from platform nine. She died on the spot."
