Runner Automobiles approves 15 percent dividend

The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Runner Automobiles Limited was held today.

At the meeting, shareholders approved 15 percent dividend (5 percent stock and 10 percent cash) as par recommendation of the boards for the financial year ended June 30, 2019.

The AGM was held at the Trust Auditorium in Dhaka at around 11:30 am, according to a press release.

The meeting, chaired by Hafizur Rahman Khan Chairman of Runner Automobiles Limited, Reazul Haque Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO, CFO Nazrul Islam, Company Secretary Mizanur Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors, senior officials and shareholders were present the AGM.

At the end of the ceremony Reazul Haque Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO gave thanks.
