Schoolboy held for spreading hoax
According to RAB sources, the arrestee claimed that he didn’t post it intentionally.
A nine-grader was arrested on Thursday by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-8 from Pangsha’s Boyrat village of Rajbari District on charge of spreading rumor on a Facebook post that said “Human skulls are needed to build Padma bridge."
The arrestee is Partha Al Hasan, 16.
RAB seized his mobile phone and halted his Facebook ID from which he posted the rumor.

Company Commander of RAB-8 Faridpur Camp Major Sheikh Nazmul Arefin confirmed the matter.
The Company Commander said, “In primary interrogation, he confessed that he himself posted the status from his Facebook ID.”
According to RAB sources, the arrestee claimed that he didn’t post it intentionally. He saw the ‘hoax’ in a Facebook group. He just copied and pasted it on his Facebook status.
The Company Commander further said, “Maybe he was not aware that what he was doing. I don’t think he did it intentionally.”
