Padma Bank awards 20 top performing employees
Padma Bank Limited has awarded 20 best performing employees for their contribution to the bank's financial progress in the year 2020.
Out of the awardees, ten employees received awards in the Deposit Collection category, while eight in Recovery and two in other categories, said a media statement issued on Thursday.
Md Ehsan Khasru, managing director of the bank, presented the inspirational award as the chief guest at a function held at the headquarters of the bank.

He said that all the employees of the bank are the best. Even then, this symbolic award has been given to create a competitive environment among all.
He further said that Padma Bank is going to be digitalised due to the relentless work of the employees.
Ehsan Khasru advised the employees on various issues including improving the quality of customer service.
Padma Bank Deputy Managing Director Faisal Ahsan Chowdhury; Business Head Zabed Amin; CFO Shariful Islam; Retail Banking and SME Business Head Khandaker Jibanur Rahman, among others, were present on the occasion.
