37th AGM of Orion Infusion ltd held
The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2019-2020 was presented.
The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Limited was held on Wednesday virtually.
Chairman of the Company Mohammad Obaidul Karim, Managing Director Salman Obaidul Karim, Director of the company Zareen Karim, Independent Director of the company Md Shafiqur Rahman, Assistant Company Secretary Md Mamunur Rashid and Chief Financial Officer of the company Md Mainul Huq were present during the meeting.
In that meeting, the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2019-2020 was presented.
The Shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Financial Statements of the company in the AGM.
The declaration of Cash Dividend of 10% for the financial year ended on June 30, 2020 was also approved, said the AGM.
