Rupali Bank CBA held special prayer for PM

A special prayer and milad mahfil was organised by Rupali Bank Employees Union (CBA) to wish long life and good health to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The prayers were held at the CBA office of the bank's head office on Tuesday to wish Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina a long life and good health. 

Rupali Bank Employees Union (CBA) President, Md Shah Alam, presided over the prayer meeting.

Rupali Bank CBA Secretary and National Labour League Finance Secretary Md Mohiuddin spoke at the occasion. He said, "The defeated forces of 1971 has vandalised the sculpture of Bangabandhu with misinterpretation of religion and has started a conspiracy to hinder the development of this country." 

He urged everyone to be vigilant in this regard and added, "In order to make the country more prosperous, Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina must have a long life, so let us all pray to the Most Merciful for her long life."

Shawkat Hossain Sajal, President of the Central Committee of Swadhinata Bankers Parishad, Mia Zakaria Tito, President of Rupali Bank Unit and Farid Ahmed Jewel, General Secretary, spoke on the occasion. Bank staff and CBA  leaders were also present at the programme.
