Asiatic 3Sixty, Shukhee organise stress management session
Her Asiatic Circle, a platform created for women employees of Asiatic 3Sixty, organised a special group session on mental health in Dhaka on Tuesday (18 August).
Held in collaboration with Shukhee, the e-healthcare platform of Grameen HealthTech Limited, the session brought together around 30 women employees at Batighar Art Space in Banani, according to a press release.
Asiatic 3Sixty launched Her Asiatic Circle to support the creative, professional, and personal development of its women employees.
Comprising current and former women colleagues, the platform seeks to create a supportive environment where women can advance through collaboration, skills exchange and mentorship.
During the session, Shukhee experts discussed different techniques for managing stress through behavioural changes.
They also demonstrated light physical exercises and introduced participants to methods for managing everyday stress and maintaining mental well-being.
"Women have to manage both professional and personal responsibilities. It is therefore essential that we take care of our mental health to maintain a balance between the two," said Shukhee Clinical Manager Dr Sadia Iffat Anam.
The session concluded with an open discussion and light refreshments, providing participants with an opportunity to share their experiences.
Organised as part of Her Asiatic Circle's continuing activities, the session sought to strengthen connections among women employees and create opportunities for exchanging experiences.
It also played an important role in raising awareness of mental and overall wellbeing and encouraging participants to prioritise self-care.
