49 graduate from BRAC Bank Young Leaders Programme
BRAC Bank has celebrated the graduation of 49 participants from its Young Leaders Programme 2025, with all graduates moving into principal officer roles across the organisation.
Titled "Learner to Leader", the graduation ceremony was held at BRAC Bank's head office on 31 July, marking the completion of a 12-month rotational training program across the bank's major divisions, according to a press release.
Members of the bank's Management Committee and other senior officials attended the ceremony.
The Young Leaders Programme is a structured management trainee initiative designed to develop future leaders for Bangladesh's banking industry.
Participants receive year-long training across major banking functions, including business operations, distribution network, risk management, artificial intelligence analytics, finance, and compliance.
The program combines classroom training with field visits to provide participants with a broad understanding of modern banking practices.
The exposure prepares participants to successfully complete project-based assignments and cross-functional assignments across the bank.
Addressing the graduates, BRAC Bank Managing Director and CEO Tareq Refat Ullah Khan said, "Our people are the foundation of our progress—and these Young Leaders represent the future we're building.
"We believe in investing in talent, nurturing ambition, and giving young professionals the platform to learn, grow, and lead with impact. We are excited to see these future leaders shape the bank's future and redefine what is possible in Bangladesh's banking sector."
The Young Leaders Program reflects BRAC Bank's continued commitment to nurturing young talent through practical experience and building a strong pipeline of future leaders for the banking industry.
