Karishma was also questioned on Friday and was asked to remain present for further questioning on Saturday. Her WhatsApp chats included conversations about drugs with one 'D' and the central agency wanted to find out who this person was, the NCB sources had said earlier.

Earlier, Times Now reported that Deepika will be questioned about her Whatsapp chats, her party at Koko club in 2017 and if other Bollywood stars also attended the party. It is also being said that Deepika and Karishma will be interrogated together by the NCB. Earlier, it was reported by the channel that the actress was the admin of the WhatsApp group which came under the NCB's scanner for alleged drug-related chats. The report also stated that Jaya Saha was the "owner" and also an "admin" of the chat group that had Karishma Prakash as one of its members.

She was already grilled by the investigating agency on Friday and has been summoned again today. According to Times Now, there is a possibility of a cross-examination between Deepika and her manager.

The NCB team also got important information about the case during the questioning of Sushant's talent manager Jaya Saha, the official said."The actors' names had surfaced during the interrogation of some accused in the case," he said.

Sara and Rakul's names had also cropped up during the questioning of Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant's girlfriend who has been arrested by the NCB in the drugs case along with over a dozen others.
