Nokia official phone partner of 'No Time To Die'

HMD Global, the brand behind Nokia smartphones on Thursday issued a press release announcing Nokia as the official phone partner for the 25th James Bond film, "No Time To Die."

The newest 00 agent chose the Nokia 8.3 5G smartphone in the upcoming James Bond movie "No Time To Die", the press release said.

The film will feature a range of devices including the Nokia 8.3 5G and Nokia 3310, according to the press release.

The Nokia 8.3 5G smartphone features a powerful PureView quad-camera with ZEISS optics giving the user immersive movie-like shots with ZEISS Cinema effects and OZO audio.

The smartphone also condenses more than 40 different RF components into a single module.

Nokia 8.3 5G will to go on sale globally from Thursday starting at a global average price of 599 euros. Additionally, all Nokia 8.3 5G owners will receive a free 6-month trial of Google One.

Social media "phone-ographer" Ben Maclean captured photos of British actress Lashana Lynch, who plays 00 agent Nomi in the forthcoming Bond movie as part of HMD Global's marketing campaign. 

The photo shoot features Lashana Lynch as new 00 agent Nomi and the Nokia 8.3 5G in a Bond-inspired scene.

"It's exciting to be unveiling this new smartphone to celebrate the release of 'No Time To Die' in November, and the Nokia 8.3 5G is proof that Bond gadgets are always ahead of the game," Lashana Lynch said.

HMD Global CEO Florian Seiche said: "Few cultural properties place technology at the heart of their appeal quite like No Time To Die."

"Trust, security and iconic quality design are the foundations every Nokia phone is built upon. We take great pride in making the latest technology accessible to everyone and look forward to highlighting this via our latest partnership", he added.
