Banglalink partners CliniCall to offer digital healthcare via MyBL
Banglalink has signed a partnership agreement with CliniCall Limited to make comprehensive healthcare services more accessible via its MyBL app, as part of its strategy to expand care-led digital services and reinforce its people-first commitment.
Through the partnership, Banglalink aims to transform MyBL into a one-stop digital platform, enabling users to access a wide range of services – including healthcare – at their fingertips nationwide.
The collaboration marks a step forward in Banglalink's efforts to convert digital connectivity into practical, everyday solutions. Under the initiative, MyBL users will be able to access digital healthcare services such as GP consultations, medicine delivery, diagnostic laboratory tests and insurance options, responding to the growing demand for accessible and affordable healthcare nationwide.
As part of the agreement, CliniCall Limited will provide quality healthcare services through simple and affordable subscription plans, enabling MyBL users to access essential medical support more conveniently.
The agreement was signed at Banglalink's headquarters, Tiger's Den. Golam Kibria, chief digital officer; Taimur Rahman, chief corporate and regulatory affairs officer; and Rafiq Ahmed, growth and engagement director, represented Banglalink at the signing ceremony. CliniCall Limited was represented by Parvez Ahmed, chief operating officer, and Shaba Shams, head of technology.
Speaking about the partnership, Golam Kibria said healthcare accessibility remains a major challenge for many in Bangladesh.
'Through our partnership with CliniCall, we are bringing quality healthcare services directly to our customers' fingertips. This reflects our commitment to go beyond connectivity and deliver meaningful digital solutions that address real-life needs. With initiatives like this, MyBL is evolving into a comprehensive lifestyle platform where healthcare plays a central role in everyday wellbeing,' he said.
By integrating multiple healthcare services into a single digital platform, the partnership aims to reduce barriers such as distance, time and cost, enabling users to seek timely medical support more easily.
