Southeast University celebrates Victory Day
Southeast University celebrated Victory Day by organising a discussion and cultural programme on 24 December 2025 at the university's multipurpose hall.
Renowned lyricist Mohammad Rafiquzzaman attended the programme as chief guest, while Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, presided over the event.
Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr M Mofazzal Hossain, spoke as special speaker, highlighting the historical and cultural significance of Victory Day. Professor Dr Farhana Helal Mehtab, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Convener of the Victory Day Celebration Committee, delivered the welcome address.

Teachers and students presented patriotic songs and cultural performances to commemorate the spirit of Victory Day. The Registrar, Deans, faculty members, officers, employees, and students of Southeast University were present at the programme.
