BSRM hits record profit, surpasses Tk500cr for first time
BSRM Ltd has recommended a 50% cash dividend for its shareholders for the last fiscal year
BSRM Limited, the country's leading steel manufacturer, has reported a significant surge in earnings, with its net profit soaring past the Tk500 crore-mark for the first time in the fiscal year 2025.
According to the price-sensitive information filed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) today (19 October), the company's net profit jumped by 42%, reaching a record high of Tk614 crore.
Riding on this robust performance, BSRM Ltd has recommended a 50% cash dividend for its shareholders for the last fiscal.

BSRM has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 24 December to approve both the dividend payout and the audited financial statements. The record date has been set for 10 November.
