He acknowledged the service of the outgoing committee in preparing for new leadership and noted that the association is becoming more structured and organised each year.
General Secretary Minhaz Fahme said his motivation to take on the role stemmed from the belief and trust placed in him by IUT students and alumni over the past decade.
The 13-member executive committee includes Mohammad Hasibul Haque as Vice President, Md Shahjalal Hossain Limon as Assistant General Secretary, Asifur Rahman Chowdhury as Treasurer, Shoaib Bin Noor as Organising Secretary, Manjurul Hassan Bandhan as Assistant Treasurer, and Dewan Tarikul Mannan as Publication Secretary. Executive members Adham Arik Rahman, Takia Mosharref, Sagupth Alam Zarif, Arifin Islam and Md Sabbir Rahman also took the oath and pledged to uphold the honour of the association and the pride of their alma mater.
