Nepal's interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki's husband hijacked a plane in 1973
Sushila Karki is known for her tough stance against corruption and commitment to the independence of the judiciary. But recently, her husband Durga Prasad Subedi's involvement in a plane hijacking that took place more than fifty years ago has come under fire. Subedi, a youth leader of the Nepali Congress at the time, hijacked a plane with two others on June 10, 1973.
