Guardian Life pays out over Tk248cr in H1 2025 claims

Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to customers, Guardian Life Insurance Limited settled Tk 248.81 crore in insurance claims in the first half (January–June) of 2025. This includes Tk 138.39 crore in death claims, Tk 95.93 crore in health claims, and Tk 14.49 crore in policy maturity and other claims.
The company said 95% of all claims are settled within three working days, underscoring its operational efficiency and customer focus. Guardian's coverage extends to over 1.3 crore people, including employees of more than 500 local and multinational organisations.
With partnerships with over 500 hospitals nationwide, Guardian ensures streamlined healthcare and claim processing. Policyholders also have 24/7 access to customer support via 16622.

"Strong operational systems enable us to process and settle claims within three days, ensuring timely financial support."
