Emirates tops YouGov’s global brand recommendation list for 2025

Emirates has been crowned the Most Recommended Global Brand for 2025 by YouGov, earning the highest score of 88.4% and becoming the only airline to feature in the global top 10 list.
The YouGov rankings are based on the percentage of a brand's customers who would recommend it to a friend or colleague. Scores are derived from over a million surveys conducted across 28 markets, utilising daily tracking data from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
Commenting on the recognition, Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, said:
"This recognition underscores the deep connection and loyalty we've built with passengers all over the world, who trust us not only to get them to their destination, but to do so with care, reliability, and excellence."
Emirates' consistently high performance stems from its commitment to delivering world-class experiences at every touchpoint—both onboard and on the ground. The airline is known for its premium products, signature service, and innovation-led strategy that prioritises customer satisfaction.
In the first half of 2025, Emirates expanded its network with new routes, including three global destinations, with Hangzhou to follow. It introduced the A350 aircraft to 10 destinations, opened nine redesigned travel retail stores across Asia, Africa, and Europe, and became the world's first Autism-Certified Airline, strengthening its commitment to inclusive air travel.
Emirates was also previously recognised as the most recommended brand in the UAE in YouGov's Recommend 2024 rankings, scoring 92.6%. In the US, Emirates ranked high among Millennial and Gen Z flyers, and topped customer satisfaction in the 2024 YouGov US airlines report.
YouGov, a leading international research and data analytics firm, compiles the rankings using its BrandIndex tool, which measures consumer perceptions and brand health across global markets in real time.
