Mercantile Bank begins training for 14th batch of MTOs

Mercantile Bank Training Institute has inaugurated a month-long foundation training programme for its 14th batch of Management Trainee Officers (MTOs).
The programme commenced on 13 July 2025 at the bank's training institute premises.
Mati Ul Hasan, Managing Director of Mercantile Bank, inaugurated the training as the chief guest. In his address to the 24 participating officers, he emphasised the importance of upholding ethical banking practices, maintaining strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, and delivering proactive and superior customer service.
He encouraged the young officers to embrace professionalism and continuous learning, noting:
"You are the future of this bank. Uphold integrity and always put customer satisfaction at the heart of your service."
Members of the senior management team were present at the opening ceremony to inspire and welcome the trainees. The session was moderated by Javed Tariq, Principal of the Mercantile Bank Training Institute.
This training initiative forms part of the bank's commitment to developing future banking leaders, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery.
