Bengal Commercial Bank holds 5th Annual General Meeting
Bengal Commercial Bank held its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently at a hotel in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Md Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank and President of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). Engr Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the bank, joined the meeting along with other directors and sponsor shareholders.
Tarik Morshed, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, attended the AGM, while K M Awlad Hossain, Additional Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, along with Deputy Managing Directors and other senior officials of the bank, were also present.

The AGM approved the financial statements, audited balance sheet, and profit and loss accounts, and declared a dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024.
