 BIHA champions league 2025: Unveiling the pinnacle of hospitality cricket

Bangladesh International Hotel Association (BIHA), the preeminent representative organisation in the hospitality industry, is thrilled to announce the Trophy Unveiling of BIHA Champions League (BCL) 2025 presented by Orix, held at Sheraton Dhaka on April 27, 2025.

The tournament will commence on May 08, 2025, and will go on for 14 days. The final match will be held on May 26, 2025, at Gulshan Youth Club Field.

The league will feature enthusiastic participation from renowned hotels. Participating hotels include Amari Dhaka, Ascott Palace Dhaka, Best Western Plus Maple Leaf, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan, HANSA – A Premium Residence, Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre- an IHG Hotel, Hotel Omni Residency Dhaka, Hotel Sarina Dhaka, InterContinental Dhaka, Lakeshore Banani, Le Meridien Dhaka, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, Platinum Hotels by SHELTECH, Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel, Sayeman Beach Resort Ltd, Sheraton Dhaka, Six Seasons Hotel, The Peninsula Chittagong PLC, The Raintree Dhaka and The Westin Dhaka. A total of 20 distinguished hotels have successfully registered for BCL 2025.

Mr Faruque Ahmed, BCB's Board President, said, "What a fantastic sight it is to see hospitality professionals come together, not just to showcase their cricketing skills but to celebrate their community's incredible spirit and unity"."

Mr H M Hakim Ali, Advisor of BIHA Champions League 2025 and President of BIHA, expressed his excitement, stating, "The BIHA Champions League 2025 is a testament to the unity and spirit of the hospitality industry."

Mr Shakawath Hossain, Chairman of the Board of BIHA Champions League 2025, said We all work in the hospitality industry with a sportsman's mindset, upholding strong team spirit and building outstanding bonds with our stakeholders. Hence, playing sports will broaden our mentality and physical fitness. It also teaches us teamwork and ownership.
