Southeast Bank wins 10th SyZure Technology Cup

Southeast Bank PLC emerged as the champion of the 10th SyZure Technology Cup 2025 Cricket Tournament, held at the Shyamoli Club Ground on Saturday. The tournament featured fierce competition among 16 corporate teams from across the country, including banks, NBFIs, pharmaceutical firms, buying houses, fintech companies, IT firms, NGOs, and other corporate houses, with a requirement that at least half the players be IT officers.

Organised by Corporate Technology Limited since 2012, this year's tournament was sponsored by SyZure Cloud Services.

The Southeast Bank team, consisting of officers from its Information Technology Division and Card Division, displayed exceptional skills and teamwork throughout the knockout-format tournament. Remaining undefeated, they beat every opponent on their way to the final and secured the title with a commanding all-around performance.

Senior officials including Md. Abdus Sabur Khan, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Card Division; Kazi Md. Ehsanuzzaman, Executive Vice President and In-Charge of Information Technology Division; and Md. Musfiqur Rahman, Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs and CSR Division, were present at the grand finale. Their presence, a longside other senior officials and staff, significantly boosted the morale of the team.

The triumph reaffirmed Southeast Bank's commitment to fostering talent and camaraderie among its officers through extracurricular engagements and sporting events.
