ACI Motors unveils Yamaha FZ 25 with BS6 engine and dual-channel ABS

Yamaha, the renowned Japanese motorcycle brand, has introduced the much-anticipated FZ 25 in Bangladesh, marking its entry into the higher-cc motorcycle segment in the country. ACI Motors, Yamaha's technical collaboration partner in Bangladesh since 2016, unveiled the new model at a grand event held on 11 April at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka.

The FZ series has long been a customer favourite in the Bangladeshi market. Until now, Yamaha offered motorcycles up to 155cc in the country. Following the government's recent approval for higher-cc motorcycles, the company has responded to strong customer demand with the introduction of the 249cc FZ 25.

Equipped with an oil-cooled BS6 engine, 5-speed transmission, 7-level adjustable monocross suspension, sharp and compact bi-functional projection LED headlamp, LED tail lamp, and a dual-channel ABS braking system, the FZ 25 is expected to redefine the riding experience for Bangladeshi bikers.

The model will be available in three colours and is currently open for pre-booking.

The launch event was made even more memorable with a musical performance by celebrated Pakistani singer Aima Baig, who performed live in Bangladesh for the first time. Her energetic performance added excitement to an already vibrant evening.

The event was attended by Itaru Otani, Chairman of Yamaha Motor India Group; Dr F.H. Ansarey, Managing Director of ACI Motors; Subrata Ranjan Das, Deputy Managing Director of ACI Motors; and senior officials from both Yamaha and ACI Motors.

With the FZ 25, Yamaha aims to set a new benchmark in the Bangladeshi motorcycle market, offering premium features and performance for biking enthusiasts.
