Bangladesh make history by reaching ITF World Junior Tennis Championship final round
Competing in the Asia regional qualifiers in Bahrain, Bangladesh clinched their spot in the finals with a commanding 2-0 victory over Hong Kong in the quarter-finals on Thursday.

Bangladesh have etched their name in history by securing a place in the final round of the ITF World Junior Tennis Championship (U-14) for the first time.
Competing in the Asia regional qualifiers in Bahrain, Bangladesh clinched their spot in the finals with a commanding 2-0 victory over Hong Kong in the quarter-finals on Thursday.
This triumph not only propelled them into the semi-finals of the 21-team tournament but also confirmed their qualification as one of the top four teams for the final round, set to be held in the Czech Republic from 4 to 9 August.
Earlier in the group stage, Bangladesh achieved their highest-ever finish by breaking into the top eight. They reached this milestone with a 2-0 victory over Saudi Arabia, following a dominant 3-0 win against Nepal.
