Presidency University celebrates spring festival 1431 with grandeur

Presidency University welcomed spring with a vibrant celebration.
The festivities began in the morning with a group dance performance by the university's cultural club members.
The day-long event featured a traditional food fair with an array of pitha-puli, a mehndi corner, and an assortment of street foods, including hotpot and fuchka—key attractions for students from various departments. The campus was enthusiastic as students and faculty members engaged in the celebrations.
Presidency University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Abdul Mannan Chowdhury, Principal Adviser Professor Dr Mohammad Anwarul Kabir, Treasurer Professor A.H.M. Faruq, Registrar Mohammad Sakir Hossain, along with deans, the controller of examinations, department heads, faculty members, staff and students, joined in the festivities.
The celebrations concluded in the evening with a captivating cultural programme performed by the students. Attendees highly praised the organisers for the successful event.
