It's like a small vertical city wrapped up in one magnificent tower. Step inside, and you will discover a world of surprises. There is a cutting-edge hospital where doctors provide care using the latest medical technology. Get ready to shop till you drop across floors of retail heaven, featuring everything from designer brands to your favourite local shops.

Want to know the fun part? While parents hit the gym with its stunning city views or unwind at the pool, kids can run wild in their paradise — a spectacular play zone full of adventures and games. Imagine finishing up at a luxurious salon while your little ones make new friends just floors away.

This is the story of Malibagh in December 2029. Tropical Homes is bringing you TA Tower — a true skyscraper, which will change everything we know about city living in Dhaka — rising 45 stories into the sky, the tallest building our city has ever seen.

TA Tower thinks of everyone — busy professionals rushing to meetings can squeeze in a quick workout, families can make a day of it with shopping and playtime, and anyone needing medical care will not have to trek across town.

This architectural marvel is set to stand at 468, DIT Road, Malibagh. TA Tower claims a coveted corner plot that spans 46 katha — a rare gem in Dhaka's packed landscape. With the sun lighting up its southwest face and a wide 120-foot road stretching before it, this isn't just a building, it's a landmark in the making.

Dcon Design Studio is the creative mind behind this vision while working hand in hand with structural genius Syed Fakhrul Ameen, PhD, whose expertise from BUET has shaped many of our city's finest buildings. But Tropical Homes Ltd is not just building another tower — they are rewriting Dhaka's skyline.

From office spaces to gym and 3D movie theatre

Imagine 44 floors soaring upwards, plus six levels underground, each telling its own tale. Business owners can choose their perfect space, from cosy 1,306-square-feet offices to sprawling floors stretching 17,982 square feet. Every floor comes ready for modern business, with executive washrooms and space individuals can grow professionally.

Getting around? That's seamless. Fourteen passenger lifts whisk you skyward, while two service lifts handle the heavy lifting. Six pairs of escalators keep everything flowing smoothly. And here's something rare in Dhaka — parking space for 382 vehicles, tucked away in those basement levels. TA Tower has it all covered.

But the most precious feature in our concrete jungle is space to breathe. TA Tower saves half its plot for open areas, creating an oasis of fresh air and green space the city craves. In a place where every inch counts, that's not just design — it's a gift to the city.

The crown jewel of TA Tower is its stunning rooftop, a haven of luxury and indulgence. An open-to-sky swimming pool offers breathtaking views of Dhaka, while the city-view corner, complete with telescopes, invites moments of quiet wonder.

A rooftop coffee corner caters to enthusiasts, while a state-of-the-art gym, steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi promise ultimate relaxation. Adding a touch of grandeur, the helipad elevates TA Tower to a truly world-class destination.

As a model of sustainability and safety, its double-glazed, low-emission glass conserves energy.

More than a workplace, TA Tower redefines urban living. A 3D movie theatre, VR room, indoor gaming zone, and a vibrant kids' play area make it a hub for families and professionals alike. This thoughtful mix of leisure and function transforms it into a self-contained vertical city where every need is met under one roof.

Sustainability with low emission glass and fire safety

Beyond luxury, TA Tower stands as a model of sustainability and safety. Its double-glazed, low-emission glass conserves energy, while cutting-edge fire safety systems and 24/7 security ensure peace of mind.

As Dhaka's tallest commercial skyscraper, TA Tower symbolises the city's future — a building where global sophistication meets local ambition. Whether gazing at its iconic silhouette or exploring its grand interiors, TA Tower captures the spirit of progress.

For first-time visitors and seasoned city dwellers alike, this isn't just a building — it's an experience, a promise of what Dhaka can achieve when it reaches for the sky.
