Forty Bangladeshi companies will exhibit a wide range of products, from hospitality and office supplies to ceramics, jute, and handicrafts, at Ambiente 2025.

The fair will take place from 7-11 February 2025, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, featuring over 3,694 exhibitors from 81 countries, according to a press release.

Messe Frankfurt GmbH, the world's second-largest expo organiser, is hosting the event.

Renowned Bangladeshi brands like Artisan Ceramics, Protik Ceramics, and Paragon will present their products in Hall 12.0 (Dining).

Other prominent participants, including BD Creation, Dhaka Handicraft, RFL Plastic, Golden Jute, and Star Porcelain, will be displayed across various halls, such as 9.3, 10.1, 10.4, and 11.1 (Giving & Living).

The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) is supporting exhibitors with subsidised stalls to promote products like handicrafts, decorative items, and kitchen accessories, aiming to boost export growth in these sectors. This initiative enables small and medium-sized exporters, including Akij Plastics, Classical Handmade, and Tarango, to showcase their products at the world's largest consumer goods fair, thereby enhancing their global reach.

Messe Frankfurt GmbH officials mentioned that Bangladesh has maintained an active presence at Ambiente for over three decades, promoting key industries such as jute and handicrafts. As the second-largest participant from South Asia after India, Bangladesh stands out with a diverse and impressive range of products that showcase its craftsmanship and innovation.

Mamunur Rashid, CEO of Artisan Ceramics, said, "Ambiente Frankfurt is a prestigious and highly successful trade fair. As regular participants, we generate significant business annually, attracting loyal customers and new prospects. With its expanding scope and impact, the fair offers exceptional networking opportunities. We are optimistic about this year's event."

Saifur Rahman Shafiq, CEO of Dhaka Handicraft, said, "We are preparing for Ambiente 2025, the world's largest consumer goods fair. Every year, we attract buyers from Europe and beyond, making Ambiente a vital platform for global expansion. We hope for new and valuable business opportunities this year."

Shafiqul Alam Selim, managing director of Karupannya Rangpur, expressed excitement about participating in the event. "Ambiente is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our products to buyers worldwide. We are confident it will help us secure new business and expand internationally. We look forward to strengthening existing relationships and forming new ones through this prestigious platform."
