Vice-Chancellor of BOU visits examination centre

To contribute to the country's socio-economic development by maintaining the quality of education, all those involved in the examination must fulfil their responsibilities with honesty and dedication to take the examination in a counterfeit-free environment. Bangladesh Open University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr ABM Obaidul Islam conducted the Bangladesh Open University yesterday on 29/11/2024. BA/BSS Exam-2022 Sheikh Borhan Uddin Postgraduate College, Salimullah Degree College, and Ispahani Government College are located in Dhaka City. He said this while inspecting the examination held at the examination centre.

During the inspection of the examination centre, the Vice-Chancellor expelled 28 (twenty-eight) examinees for resorting to dishonesty (faking). At this time, he strictly warned the students and urged them to avoid the dishonest thoughts of faking and focus on their studies.

These exams for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semesters of the BA/BSS program are held simultaneously in 285 exam centres across the country. They will continue until February 1, 2025.

During the examination centre inspection, the Vice-Chancellor was accompanied by his Private Secretary (Joint Director), Md Nasir Uddin and other officials.
