South Asia's growth is projected at 5.9% in 2025, edging up to 6% in 2026, though US tariffs weigh on key economies. Inflation is forecast to ease to 3.7% in 2025 before rising again to 4.7% in 2026 as food prices normalise and currencies weaken.
