According to Deadline, Jameela Jamil will make her debut appearance in the Marvel universe when she joins the cast of Disney+'s She-Hulk.

She-Hulk is a courtroom comedy centered on the titular heroine (Maslany), as Jennifer Walters, a lawyer with capabilities akin to her cousin, Bruce Banner/The Hulk.

Titania, a supervillain developed by Jim Shooter and originally presented to the Marvel universe in 1984, will be played by the Good Place actress Jamil.

Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth, Ginger Gonzaga, and Renée Elise Goldsberry are among the previously revealed cast members. 

Ruffalo will reprise his role as The Hulk, while Roth will reprise his role as The Abomination, which he performed in The Incredible Hulk.

The She-Hulk series is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao serving as head writer.

On NBC's The Good Place, Jamil made his name as Tahani Al-Jamil. Since starring on the famous sitcom, Jamil has landed roles in Crossing Swords, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, and DuckTales. 

Also, she is a judge on HBO Max's voguing/ballroom competition series 'Legendary' and hosts the show 'The Misery Index'.
