Popular actor Afran Nisho, who has impressed his fans with his versatile acting skills, has don the role of a storyteller.

The actor wrote the story for his drama "Kajol Rekha" which showcases the love story of a boy and a girl in a small suburban town, said a press release.

Pantho Shahriar has written the screenplay based on Afran Nisho's story. The drama is being directed by Mizanur Rahman Aryan and produced under CMV banner.

"Kajol Rekha" stars Afran Nisho and Mehazabien Chowdhury as the two protagonists. Afran's character is called Kajol while Mehazabien's character is named Rekha.

Director Mizanur Rahman Aryan said, "It is a simple story of a boy and a girl falling in love in a suburban town. I have made this drama especially for Valentine's Day and story of this drama truly falls under the genre that I would love to deliver for the audience. Audience will get to see something unique in the story."

The drama also includes Shamima Nazneen, Intekhab Dinar, Shahed Ali Sujan and others in pivotal roles.

"Kajol Rekha" producer SK Shahed Ali Pappu said that the drama will be released soon on CMV's YouTube channel on the occasion of Valentine's Day.
