Norway took the lead in the 36th minute when Martin Odegaard picked out Andreas Schjelderup, who fired a superb shot in off the post.
England restored parity in first-half stoppage time as Anthony Gordon slipped a pass to Bellingham, who finished first time into the bottom corner.

The second half produced plenty of drama but no goals. Norway had a goal ruled out by VAR for a foul in the build-up, while England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford made a series of crucial saves to keep the scores level and force extra time.
England found the decisive breakthrough in the 93rd minute. After Orjan Nyland denied Harry Kane's header and pushed away Morgan Rogers' long-range effort, Bellingham reacted quickest to the rebound and rifled home his second goal of the match.
England were later awarded a penalty in extra time, but the decision was overturned following a VAR review.
Norway pressed for a late equaliser, with Antonio Nusa and Oscar Bobb both threatening, but Thomas Tuchel's side held firm to secure a hard-fought victory and advance to the last four.
