Honda City e:HEV debuts in Bangladesh
The car was officially launched through an event held in the Honda Showroom in Tejgaon. In attendance were DHS Motors CEO Imran Zaman Khan, DHS Motors General Managers Arman Rashid and Farhan Samad, and chief guest Zohad Reza Chowdhury, vocalist of the band Nemesis, among other guests.
The newest addition to the Honda lineup, the Honda City e:HEV, has arrived in Bangladesh, courtesy of official distributor DHS Motors Limited.

The launch of yet another hybrid vehicle further bolsters DHS' commitment to the environment and to the government's plan for a greener Bangladesh. The Honda City e:HEV is now available for sale at Tk39.90 Lakh from the Honda Showroom in Tejgaon.
The Honda City e:HEV is a self-charging hybrid sedan that blends fuel efficiency with modern performance. Under the hood, it features Honda's intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) powertrain, which pairs a 1.5-litre Atkinson-cycle DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine with a dual-motor hybrid system. This setup delivers an impressive balance between power and economy, offering a combined output of 126 PS and a peak torque of 253 Nm from the electric motor.
Designed for urban sophistication, the City e:HEV stands out with its sleek silhouette, LED headlamps, and distinctive blue accents that hint at its electrified nature. Inside, the car offers a premium experience with leather upholstery, an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Honda SENSING — a suite of advanced driver-assistance features including Collision Mitigation Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
With a claimed fuel economy of over 26 km/l, the City e:HEV is a compelling option for eco-conscious drivers looking for comfort, technology, and efficiency — all without compromising on style or practicality.
