Titas Gas incurs Tk772cr loss in FY25

Titas Gas, state owned gas distributor company, incurred a loss of Tk772 crore in FY25, extending its lossing streak for the three consecutive years.
In the last three consecutive years, its total loss was Tk1,681 crore.
According to the company's price-sensitive statement filed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday, it recommended a 2% cash dividend despite the incurred loss.

To approve the dividend and financial statement, the company has scheduled the annual general meeting for 24 December and the record date for 17 November.
